A reality of our capitalistic, fast-paced reality is that we are constantly bombarded by subtle and not so subtle messages. From branding to logos, from advertisement to typography, methods of visual communication are used among other things to sell us on ideas, transmit important knowledge, and/or communicate aesthetic sensibilities. Design for Visual Communication
A range of visual elements and typography are the building blocks of graphic design. Together, they are arranged into thoughtful compositions and can be used to communicate powerful messages. This, in a nutshell, is what comprises Design for Visual Communication.
From simple iconography and wordmarks to more complex pairings of symbols and words, logos are an integral part of any business branding activity.
Sometimes it is easier to say it with pictures. I create little icons to be used in projects, presentations, and as stickers... or wherever else you would like to use them! A challenge in symbology and simplicity, the resulting icons attempt to communicate as creatively and efficiently as possible.
A cohesive branding strategy is critical to defining your brand's identity. Ranging from business cards, to website and letterhead, a brand identity encompasses typefaces, colours and layouts.
